Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are a priority to us, and we reserve time exclusively for you. We understand that unexpected changes to your schedule may occur, and we're happy to accommodate when possible.
To help us continue providing the best service to all of our clients, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours' notice or if you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment, a fee of 50% of the service value will be charged.
